This is a gorgeous necklace designed by the world famous jeweler, Patricia Von Musulin. Her pieces are known to be stylish and graceful, and they always have a sculptural quality to them. This necklace is constructed of four strands of round elephant ivory beads with a carved exotic wood center panel. The ivory beads are 8mm and 15mm round beads that are smooth and polished. The necklace is finished with a matching wood clasp that is Von Musulin's signature key design. The carved wood pendant is 2 x 2 1/2 inches.

Beautiful elephant ivory beads carved into delicate pikake flower beads. The beads are 10mm and were hand carved in Hawaii. These beads were imported before the ivory ban. It has a secure pearl clasp that works well. See other views A, B - Circa 1960's

This is a classic Art Deco pendant necklace. It has a large molded glass pendant suspended at the end of the brass and glass beaded necklace. The green glass beads are a mixture of ovals and beautifully faceted rondelles. The chain has ornate brass flower ovals linked together with the green beads. The pendant is in a brass frame with large roses on the sides that hold the glass pendant in tightly. The the pendant extends 1 " below the chain. This necklace is probably Czech in origin, but is unsigned. The Czech were known for their wonderful work with brass and their rich colors in glass. . Beautiful red coral necklace with a silver filigree clasp. The slide clasp is really pretty and unusual it is decorated with coral beads on the top of an intricate filigree design. The red coral is all natural and hasn't been treated or dyed in any way. The branches are graduated from ½ inch to 1¼ inch. ~ Circa 1950's. See another view. See the clasp.

Here is a beautiful and elegant rhinestone brooch made by Charel. It has a nice brushed gold finish with a large montana blue rhinestone in the center and clear pave set crystals on the left side. This is a nice little pineapple pin. It is made of pewter and decorated with blue and green rhinestones. It has nice detailing and looks similar to marcasite jewelry. It is in excellent condition. - Marked with a star on back~See the back

Spectacular Zuni hand made ring with a lovely inlaid design. This ring has a Cardinal mosaic design in a mother of pearl background. The beautiful red coral bird is perched on a branch with turquoise leaves and red berries. The design is expertly made and is very smooth to the touch. The oval mosaic is framed in a lovely sterling bezel with a flower on top and a feather running down the side, the bezel is outlined in a rope design. The ring is unsigned, which is common for older Native American jewelry. The Cardinal mosaic motif was used mainly by the Zuni artisans. See some other views 1, 2.

Vintage Georg Jensen jewelry is always in high demand, making this pair of dove earrings a great find. Jensen is Denmark's most famous silversmith and this is one of his best known designs. They are sterling silver with clip on backs. ~ Signed with Jensen logo Sterling Denmark 66. See the backs, See another view. They have a nice original, untouched patina and they are in excellent condition.

This is an authentic Takahashi wooden bird pin. These little jewels were hand carved with exacting details and then expertly painting to match the colors of the real birds. Up to ten layers of lacquer were applied to give the birds shine and to protect its paint. That is why this bird's finish is so smooth and still looks perfect after many years. This bird is a male Scarlet Tanger and is a vibrant red with black and teal feathers. His feet are wired on a real twig and the pin back is attached with push pins. These are all indicators of an authentic and collectible Takahashi bird. This exact bird pin is featured prominently in Julia C. Carroll's book Collecting Costume Jewelry 303 on page 112 and on the back cover. - Unsigned, View A , B - See the back.

This is a fabulous antique hand made Blackamoor Charm or Pendant. It is female bust of an African woman that is accented with 14K rose gold hanger and simple yellow gold jewelry. This is a very unique and distinctive piece that was hand carved from what appears to be ebony. The eyes are inlaid with a white material and the lips are painted red. Blackamoor figures and heads were considered exotic and were very popular in Europe with most being made in Venice. This pendant/charm would be pretty on a necklace or charm bracelet. It has some age appropriate wear and condition blemishes which show this charm's long history. Circa - mid to late 19th century. See another view.   See the back.

Stunning garnet glass earrings that are set in copper. The large red faceted glass stones are 15mm and dangle below four graduated stones of the same color. All the stones are prong set and are nicely faceted. These earrings are so much prettier in person and the red is lighter and brighter and really sparkles. See the backs. Lovely genuine elephant ivory pendant that is carved with a native African woman's profile. The pendant has mellowed to a lovely soft yellow patina. There is nice cross hatching and graining visible. It has a maroon cord running through the top holes with two ivory beads tied on it. The back has been signed From: Col. Adjukula Biafra Army, Hdgtg. Here is a modernist vintage rhinestone Christmas Tree Pin, with an elegant look. It is a gold filigree tree outlined by a row of prong set crystals. Inside the tree there are two large leaves surrounded by filigree scroll work. The pin is in excellent condition, and all the rhinestones are clear and bright. It is unsigned. See the back.

Here is a glamorous set of Juliana jewelry designed by DeLizza and Elster, Inc. It has light and dark topaz crystal navettes that are all prong set. There are fabulous gold leaves overlayed down the middle of each piece. The brooch has a c-clasp and the earrings are clip ons. I have attributed the set to D&E because of the beautiful layered design, and the construction on the back is very characteristic of Juliana/D&E jewelry. The set is in excellent condition. This elegant necklace features a graceful centerpiece with simulated pearls that are surrounded by pave set rhinestones. There is a matching teardrop shaped pendant dangling in the middle. It has a fabulous woven gold plated chain with a lobster clasp closure. It has a Christian Dior CD hang tag. The necklace is signed twice on the back and on the hang tag as well. This large brooch is just stunning. It is covered in prong set fancy glass stones. The stones are so beautiful and colorful. Each one is slightly different and many of them are opal glass and have a nice sheen and glow. The pear shaped stones are two toned red and white with a foil backing. The brooch is very well constructed and has a closed gold tone back. The size of the brooch and rarity of the glass stones make this brooch an outstanding piece. This Italian made brooch is called a micro mosaic. It was hand made of tiny glass pieces called tessare. They were expertly arranged in the shape of a mandolin a dark blue background. It is in a wonderful gold tone frame. All the glass pieces are intact and the brooch is in excellent condition. It has an older safety pin style clasp. Click here to see the back.

The Swarovski Pendant bead is round with a hole on the tope. It is nicely faceted and is in the color vitrail med II which has and AB finish. This is an old crystal from the 50's and this shape has been discontinued. It is available in several sizes:

This is a wonderful gold tone brooch by the famous designer Christian Dior. There is a circular logo with the letters C DIOR intertwined in the center of the brooch. It has a bright gold finish and is in excellent condition. Signed Chr. Dior© ~ See the back.

This is a brooch designed and made by Accessocraft. It is from their "Single Jewel" line that was sold in 1952. This beautiful brooch features one large amethyst center stone. Swarovski article 307/1 rhinestone crystals. They have a domed and faceted top with a gold foil back. They are givre, which mean there is a drop of pink inside the clear crystal. These are a rare old stone that are no longer made.
