Antique Cobalt Chevron Trade Beads Necklace Blue Red

Antique African Trade Bead Necklace of cobalt blue and brick red beads. It is a lovely combination of Italian and Dutch glass beads including Chevrons, Awale, and Dogon Trade Beads from the late 1800’s. These antique beads were handmade in Europe using traditional bead making techniques. The beads vary in size with the largest being 18mm.

This strand is ready to wear and enjoy, or could be used to make up your own creations! This strand of beads is on a hemp cord and is 25 inches long. It can slip over most heads. There are a few dings and chips on these antique beads, which add to their beauty and story.
