Large Blue Cloisonne Bolo Clip or Scarf Holder

This is a large blue cloisonne bolo, belt or scarf clip. The bolo holder features a large flower and a  colorful butterfly on a royal blue background. The back is textured gold and has an open clip that can hold a bolo, belt, scarf or multi-strands of a necklaces.
