Mimi Di N Gold French Coin Belt Buckle
A fabulous large gold coin belt buckle by Mimi Di N. There are 5 french gold coins framed by chains that lock together in this designer belt buckle. The coins feature busts with Republique Francaise on top. They are in gleaming yellow gold and very nicely finished. Signed Mimi DI N- 1989. Mimi di N (Princess Mimi di Niscemi) is an internationally known designer of costume jewelry and her specialty is belt buckles. They have a permanent display at the Yale University Museum of the Decorative Arts of the 20th Century; these collectible buckles are "museum-quality" and the perfect gift for all ages. The belt loops are 1 1/2" wide and are commonly used with leather or fabric belts.
