This is a beautiful sterling silver cross pendant made in Mexico. It has flared ends and is embossed with interlocking fish or ichthys. The Ichthys or Ichthus is an ancient symbol for Christ, it was used by early Christians as an "underground" method for identifying their faith. This unisex cross has a large bail that is made to accommodate a necklace, chain, cord or ribbon. Mexico is known to have very skilled silver craftsmen.
