Red Cloisonne Bolo Clip or Scarf Holder

This a lovely red floral cloisonne bolo, belt or scarf clip. The bolo holder features colorful enamel flowers and a butterfly. The back is textured gold and has an open clip that can hold a bolo, belt, scarf or multi-strands of a necklaces. The clips can be bent down or together to squeeze tighter around your piece.
