A classic shell cameo brooch with a beautiful woman carved in profile. This cameo features a lady hand carved from a natural shell. It is in a  beautiful scalloped yellow gold frame, accented with silver wire. It can be worn as a brooch or a pendant. There is a hallmark on the back, but I can't read it. It tests to be gold filled.
