This is a lovely round and domed Rhinestone Brooch designed by Kramer of New York. The brooch features round light sapphire and emerald cut light amethyst Swarovski crystals. The crystals are all prong set in rhodium plated silver.  All the rhinestones are all beautiful and sparkling! This is a wonderful mid-century pin by a collectible designer.
