These are natural pink coral and 14kt yellow gold earrings. The Italian pink coral is carved into rounds and set in 14KT gold posts. The coral is a natural pink color and is sometimes called angel skin. Natural coral is becoming very rare and collectible. This style of earring is often called stud or button earrings.
