Wonderful vintage gold cameo designer necklace by Trifari. This gold plated necklace features a large 2 inch cameo that is accented with rhinestones. It is suspended from a lovely twisted gold link chain. All the gold plating is in excellent condition. Closes with a spring ring clasp.
