Vintage Asian Folding Fan Brooch

Stylish vintage gold plated fan pin. It has a beautiful Asian design and actually folds. The design is on the front and back of the fan and it has a bead tassel on the bottom. The design is a traditional one, of birds amongst the trees.  It is rare to find a mechanical fan that moves and folds, it is a sign of high quality. It would look fantastic on a coat or sweater! Most likely made in Japan, Circa 1950's.
