Elegant 14K gold Filigree Heart Charm or pendant that is reversible. The heart is yellow gold on one side and white gold on the either. It has an intricate diamond cut design on the white side. The heart is solid 14K gold. It has a bail on the top that will accommodate a chain or it could be added to bracelet. What a lovely gift it will make! It is in excellent condition.
