Antique Turquoise Glass Trade Beads
These beads are antique turquoise blue glass beads, The oval beads are wonderful faux turquoise beauties. They were traded to Africa many years ago. At first glance I thought these were gemstones, but under magnification you can see they are actually glass. There are variations of the turquoise blue colors with a shiny finish that is sought after by collectors.

- Circa early to mid 1800's.
