This is a classic circle brooch by Ciner. It features two lovely concentric circles of Swarovski rhinestones, one of sapphire baguettes, the other of clear rounds. The rhinestones are in a rhodium plated setting that is in excellent condition, all stones are present and the pin works perfectly. 

CINER Jewelry Company, was started in New York in 1892 by Emanuel Ciner. Their pieces were designed to look like fine jewelry. The quality is first class and the look rich and well crafted.
