Mixed Metal Pocket Heart Benner Studios

Description

This is a one of a kind Pocket Heart made of mixed metals by Lee Benner. He is a Houston artist whose line of pocket hearts put him on the map. This beautiful creation has an organic look and is a small heart sculpture made of different metals and glass cast together and wrapped in cast aluminum. This beautiful heart has gold and copper accents along with green glass. It is a lovely example of Lee's work coming out of Benner Studios. It is a size and shape comfortable to carry in your pocket or hand as a reminder of love or someone special.

Lee Benner Pocket Heart

I was so happy to find this Lee Benner pocket heart. I worked in October Studio in Houston Heights for years where I sold quite a few of these and purchased a couple for myself which I gave away as gifts. I recently visited a friend who had one and I went online to see if they were still available.Seems that the artist is no longer making these which is what makes them so collectable......
