Venetian Striped African Trade Beads

These beads are fabulous antique Italian/Venetian striped wound oval beads from the mid to late 1800's. The matching beads look like they are black, but when in bright light you can see they are a dark emerald green with yellow and red stripes. The strand has 8 1/2 oval beads that average 18 x 10mm. Some of the beads have chips on the ends and a little pitting. This is normal for trade beads due to their age, journey and extensive use. You get these exact beads.
