Long Cinnabar Chinese Necklace Vintage

Fabulous long Chinese cinnabar necklace. The vintage necklace features 14mm carved red cinnabar beads strung in an endless design. These exotic carved beads are from the 1960's and were deeply carved by hand in a floral pattern. They were made long ago with a process that involved slowly adding many layers of cinnabar lacquer over a wood base.
