This beautiful two-sided sterling silver pendant is a perfect example of Old Pawn Native American craftsmanship. Inlaid with turquoise and coral gemstones, the Hopi design boasts intricate overlays on the front and a stamped design on the back. The heavy piece was meticulously handcrafted by an expert silversmith, who skillfully cut, chiseled, stamped, and filed the pendant. The back features a Hopi sun face and some pictorial designes. A delicate rope border with applied leaves, flowers and shells add unique touches to the piece. Some minor scratches and a small chip can be found on the right side of the border, adding to the pendant's authentic charm. The clasp is hallmarked RS (likely attributed to silversmith Raymond Sakeva).
