Vintage Carved Bone Necklace BOHO

This is a vintage carved bone necklace that features a large carved and pierced teardrop pendant. There are flowers and stars carved in the lovely pendant. The bone beads in the necklace are a variety of deeply carved ovals and rounds in a tan or off-white color. They are Yak or Cow bone. This necklace is an excellent example of the handcrafted jewelry that came out of India in the 1950's. It has a bone screw clasp.
